The main work in the paper is that in actual working environment when the environment changes, the temperature is a variable and the variable scope is very breadth. It can't be neglected that the influence of the temperature to the humidity sense organ. Based on the complicacy relation between the two parameters, the fuzzy control theory is applied to solute the faultiness of the maths model. In the paper the ultrasonic exchange equipment and the ultrasonic create equipment are designed; A multi-frequency oscillating circuit built up by the humidity sensor and 555 timer is given. The oscillating cycle of oscillating circle is measured by using the timer of single chip processor to achieve the humidity measurement. Peripheral circuit mostly achieves data collection, A/D and D/A concert and linearization disposal. At last it has also proved to have a good experimentation result.
