With the rapid development of technology of computer, network, data communication and automation, industry automation is oriented to the integration of management and control. Equipment is an important resource in organizing production for the flow-industry system.In this paper, main research work is involved in the followed aspects from the design and implementation of the monitoring and management system.The first part is the integration strategy and implementation of production information based on OPC technology. The integration strategy of manufacturing information is designed in this paper based on OPC technology, and then the OPC client application is implemented. It provides great convenience for connection between control system and management net, and makes the system structure more flexible and open.The second part is functional design. Layer of functions of management and Layer of functions of communication are given by analyzing system under the direction of management thought based on basal equipment module.The third part is the implementation of the integration system. FCS and some modules of integrated system are designed and implemented by making the best use of the net technology, OPC, COM and configuration soft technology. Though the design of net integration, software integration and whole project, the real-time monitoring information and management information are fused into an organic one, the integration of equipment information can be achieved practically, and the system is open and maintainable.
