To meet the earthquake industry demanding of remote monitoring system of earthquake omen instrument, based on the fixed network remote monitoring system and the monitoring system of the earthquake omen instrument in the ninth five-year plan and the tenth five-year plan, this paper mainly designed the remote and real-time monitoring system of digitized earthquake omen instrument by the earthquake private network.Current situation and the developmental trend of monitoring system of earthquake omen instrument and monitoring system which are in and out of our country are analyzed fist. C/S structure, multi-threaded of interactive technology, TCP and SOCKET communication which are necessary core technology are analyzed. This paper has noted the guiding ideology of the whole system, described the whole structure, the functional structure and the architecture of the system which are based on designing of the whole structure. The most important in this paper is the software designing and the interface implementation of the three core modules which are device status monitoring module, real-time waveform monitoring module and the process status monitoring module of remote and real-time monitoring system of digitized earthquake omen instrument. We can elaborate the core software designing of three modules in implementation of function, logical processes and interfaces. The implementation of interface realization of three modules is consists of three aspects: firstly, the device status monitoring module is implied in the selection apparatus, equipment status, equipment alarm, equipment logs and other aspects; next is implement of the real-time waveform monitor module; last is the implement of the process status monitoring module.Finally, the developed system has a good human-machine interface and good maneuverability, high stability and reliability and the operation of various functions are normal. We can establish the multiplex of real-time monitoring services among the center of national seismic network, the center of region seismic network and the seismic station.
