Measurement of differential signals on vertical or tilt pipe was needed more and more frequently in industrial and agricultural production and daily life, particularly in the testing field of petrifaction and gas-liquid phase flow, because deviation was introduced by pressure guiding pipe and drawing pressure unit in the traditional measurement on differential signals. So, we put forward a new testing method and designed a new split type measuring device method on measuring differential signal in this study.By summarying previous methods, taking simulation experiments ,using measurement uncertainty distribution theory,analyzing compared mathematical models . we made an optimal measuring plan.This device was designed in the structure of integrated bridge with remote probe. We choose diffused pressure sensor as detecting component due to its fast dynamic response and higher sensitivity , signal processing circuit was designed mainly by MSP430F149 microcontroller. When processing sensor signals, AD620 served as Front-End Amplifier circuit while XTR115 constituted 4 ~ 20mA transform circuit, YB1602A constituted LCD display circuit. we debugged the hardware on the test equipment of thermal sensor,wrote a software by C language, and simulated debugged Module Function such as zero adjustment,pressure,differential pressure display can be realized by software .By calibrating the device with second standard pressure of examination platform and analyzing experimental data ,we got the expected result. by using two 0.5% remote probe,designing circuit and adjusting the software, the accuracy of this device achieved 0.5% Research results showed that the new device was superior to traditional two pressure subtraction measurements.
