Multiple node cooperative communication is an excellent technology that can save energy and deal with the interference. It not only can restrain the interference between the nodes effectively, but also can change the co-channel interference which could undermine the system's performance into spatial diversity gain. So, the multiple node cooperative communication always absorbs many researchers'attention, owning to that it has so many excellent properties. In the previous works, most of the articles focused on the node location planning, node scheduling, cooperation strategy, joint signal processing methods, users scheduling and so on. We will consider the node location planning and node scheduling in this paper. In the first place, this paper researches on the optimal antenna node location problem in distributed antenna system. Most of the previous works were considered the antenna location based on the throughout, outage probability, block error rate and so on. Different from the former works, this paper analyses the coverage ability from the aspect of the antenna efficiency. This paper defines two kind of antenna efficiency"reliability efficiency of antenna node"and"effectiveness of antenna node"based on"the maximum minimum access distance"and"the average minimum access distance", and then uses different methods which based on the two different efficiency formulas to optimize the corresponding efficiency of the DAS antennas. In the second place, this paper works on the node scheduling in multi-node cooperative system. In the multiple cooperative relays system, the result of the node scheduling has a direct impact on the system performances: user's communication quality, system power allocation and consuming, the mode of the co-channel interference and so on. Especially under the"independent power constraint", the scheduling result can affect the performance of the serving user and the interference to other cells. This paper studies the relay node scheduling strategy both in the isomorphic and heterogeneous cells from the point of view of the users'fairness. We design the utility function and multiple relay scheduling strategy which based on the tradeoff between the "average capacity/rate" and "user's fairness".Through simulations, the proposed multiple relay scheduling strategies could reduce inter channel interference by discarding some inefficient RNs, thereby promoting the average system throughput (user's average rate). And the proposed strategies can achieve any compromise between average capacity (rate) and fairness.
