Wireless relaying communication technology can enlarge the area of the communication coverage,it also enhances the reliability of the information transmission: multiple relay techniques can increase the diversity order of the communication network,it both can enhance the system reliability and efficiency;multiple antenna techniques can increase system capacity and increase the system reliability.So,in order to increase the system performance,the research on relaying technology has significant impact on the reliability and efficiency of the communication networks.Moreover,for the reason of wireless relay nodes,the battery energy is limited.So,it is very important for us to investigate the energy harvesting problem in wireless relaying communication networks.Focus on the energy harvesting relaying networks,this paper investigates the system performance of the single antenna multiple relays networks with different relaying selection schemes.In order to increase the system capacity and the reliability of the transmission links,this paper also studies the multiple antenna multiple relaying networks under different relay selection schemes.The detailed contributions of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)Focusing on the energy harvesting single antenna multiple relaying networks,two relay selection schemes are used in this paper,namely,partial relay selection scheme and opportunistic relay selection scheme,we both analyze the system outage probability and system throughput,and we derive the closed-form expressions for the outage probability and system throughput of the single antenna multiple relay networks.The theoretical and simulation results have shown that: when using the selection scheme,the system performance is enhanced.At the same time,we find that the system performance of opportunistic relay selection scheme is better than that of partial relay selection scheme.(2)Focusing on the energy harvesting multiple antenna multiple relaying networks,we design the maximal ratio combining(MRC)techniques to enhance the system performance under the situation of partial and opportunistic relay selection scheme being used.On this foundation,we investigate the effects of relay selection scheme and energy harvesting on the multiple relay network.At the same time,we obtain the closed-form expressions for the outage probability and system throughput of the considered multiple relaying networks.The theoretical and simulation results show that when compared with the single antenna situation,multiple antenna technology can bring significant system improvement.It can degrade the outage probability,increase the system throughput,simultaneously,the system performance of opportunistic relay selection scheme is superior to that of partial relay selection scheme.
