As to the institutions features and performance characteristics of parallel robot, the newly circular track is proposed that a new organization of human visual imitation based on monitoring platform for active vision binocular. Binocular active vision could achieve a target platform for accurate monitoring of recognition and precise positioning. On the existing literature, the main active binocular vision system for target identification and targeting issues based on a round rail-based binocular active vision platform for researching institutions in the paper, and performing the research and experimental simulation.First of all, the paper introduced the adjustable baseline binocular active vision system monitoring platform of the structure and working principle based on circle track , the coordinate system is analyzed to active vision binocular monitoring platform and explain the conversion relationship of image coordinates, camera coordinates between world coordinates. Secondly, each side of the target feature extraction were used to SIFT algorithm principle, and integrated the distributed in the goals of these different aspects of the different SIFT feature points to a data file (including remove duplication of SIFT feature points in the process), the data File called the target signature , Multiple targets can be established as the characteristics of each library. In order to achieve the target of the binocular matching monitoring platform recognition, the algorithm can identify different targets.Finally, according to the visual platform obtain the two camera images, using the SIFT algorithm match, we obtain the spatial coordinates with the triangulation method. For mapping matrix, that is, homography, we obtain the objectives of the feature points of the world coordinate , So as to realize the objectives of the platform position monitoring platform based on the binocular active vision to complete the requirements of the work completed to determine the spatial target.
