Because of more frequent winter snows, the snow began to complete the low temperature under the snow and ice storms, resulting in unpredictable effects. Deicing fluid heating control system design mainly includes outlet temperature control, temperature, pressure, flow display and alarm. The system uses Panasonic FPΣSeries PLC controller, which will deal with relevant input and output signals to drive the electric valve and the burner to control the overall de-icing fluid outlet temperature. Instrument as a display device display information on the pipeline.Based on the actual de-icing fluid control performance, design and construction of the deicing fluid heating control system experiment platform for the future of the heating control of deicing fluid to provide experimental basis.
