Software testing is an important part in software engineering, which plays a very prominent role in the software life cycle. Software testing contains manual testing and automated testing. Manual testing takes up a lot of manpower and material resources. It is difficult to meet the software development efficiency. In order to overcome the shortcomings of manual testing and improve software quality and testing efficiency, automated testing has been widely introduced. The use of automated testing manual testing technology can reduce the amount of labor so as to improve software quality and accelerate software testing process. Therefore, the development of appropriate automated testing tools, and widely use of automated testing tools, software testing has become a new topic in the field of research.Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) provides a set of automated test tools. According to software engineering methods, firstly, we need to analyst the requirement of the whole system, and use the UML object-oriented modeling techniques to gradually build the system use case diagram, and make the overall design of the system. Then the system is divided into functional and performance testing for detailed design. Functional testing section includes the transmission of messages, third-party simulated system, database connection pools. Its main job is to complete the underlying call of the ESB system. Performance testing is based on functional testing, through the multi-threaded concurrency control, realizes the simulation of real environment, and records multi-user time consuming under the ESB.The whole system uses the WebSphere Message Broker as development environment, WebSphere Message Queue as messaging middleware, Oracle 10g as database. Due to the automated testing tool, the test efficiency is greatly improved, and a number of test cases that can not be done manually can be completed now.
