The Research And Implementation Of Policy Management In Documents Security Management System

Informationization offers great opportunities, at the same time; it does also bring serious challenges, and the security of information becomes an obstacle on the way of information development. As a carrier of information, electronic document contains much confidential information of enterprises and institutions. Actually, the problem of information security is the problem of security of electronic documents.For the implementation of electronic documents security, the whole process of document transferring, browsing, modifying and storing among internal staffs has to be supervised first. Strategy management provides an available method to achieve fine granularity control, which is suitable for document security management.Based on the status of document security management,and the analysis of existing technology and management plan, this paper proposes a scheme by using strategy to achieve fine granularity control, and the problems in document management can be solved effectively. So the policy method is suitable for document security management.Aiming at the demand of document security on the network, and based on the model designed in IETF criterion. This paper has designed a policy management model. What's more, each functional module of policy management model has been designed detailedly. In order to ensure the security of information transport process, a communication protocol based on SSL protocol has been designed to meet the communications needs of security. The protocol including Identification function, information encryption and message digest function.
