Network coding theory combines switching and routing code technology to increase network transmission efficiency in the cost of the amount of calculation and processing delay. Network coding can increase network throughput and improve the efficiency of information transmission. Network coding has been widely used in wireless networks, data dissemination and distribution of storage, transport security and other fields. This paper explains network coding theory and application of the principle based the single-source acyclic network. This paper introduces the linear network coding and random network coding theory in detail, and it further describes non-real-time algorithms and real-time algorithm of network coding techniques which used in P2P networks .This paper introduces the SIP protocol and distributed hash table technology in the P2P network.SIP protocol has been widely used because of its open standards to the Internet. P2P networks have the inherent features of high scalability, robustness and high fault tolerance. This paper completed SIPP2P network telephone system framework by applicating network coding theory to sip and P2P networkThe paper discusses VOIP system realization problem on the P2PSIP network .
