The Application Of Microsoft Agent In Facial Expression Recognition System

In this paper, facial expression recognition system as the main research object is very important, and the application of Microsoft Agent in the facial expression recognition system is the main research area. Beside, the research is deeply focused on the vivid expression output. Agent support speech recognition input commands, speech synthesis output, smart tips, animated characters and so on, in terms of the perspective of human-computer interaction, Agent have a significant impact on the tradition interaction of buttons, menus, boxes and other interactive model. Agent is applied to Web applications, educational software, multimedia software and other academic areas.The main innovations are as follows:1) This paper analyzes the application of Agent technology in various programming languages at home and abroad, and researches on the application of Agent in various areas, and now it need to focus on the application of Microsoft Agent technology in facial expression recognition system.2) Based on theoretical basis, a facial expression recognition system was developed. The system is experimented on the database of face expression, while the system offering a good interface which is easy to expand. Agent combine the output interface of the system with the interface of Agent animated characters, and show the vivid face expression via the expression and action of characters.3) Microsoft Agent technology defines a lot of animated characters. Each one has their own specific properties and methods, while providing a wealth of behavior and action.4) The system use Microsoft Agent technology which provides characters that have two parts: one is the animated characters themselves, the other one is known as "text balloon". It can show the characters speech text near the top of them.5) In addition to applying animated characters of Microsoft Agent, another application of Agent is the speech technology. Agent characters can read the expression text according to the expression feature information.
