Dynamic weighing system is an effective means of overload control and limited overload in highway. Because of its material and structural limitations, traditional vehicle weighing systems are often complex, large systems, small measurement range and easy to produce leakage test, measurement errors and other defects, so that large-scale application is limited. Therefore, the development of a new type of vehicle dynamic weighing system to solve the above problem becomes a major need in road transport sector. The integration of sensing and structure using composite materials weighing system can solve these problems.In this paper we design the composite materials dynamic weighing system, using the fiber grating as a sensor element, and using composite material as the material. The main work includes:(1) Start with the dynamic analysis of weighing system, the dynamic model of weighing structure is constructed. On the basis of theoretic analysis, the dynamic loads identification arithmetic is resolved according to actually measured power response of weighing system. (2) Static experiments on weighting system. Simulated tire loading characteristics on the ground, static loading tests were carried out in the different positions on symmetrical body. Measure and record the strain in the five load-bearing beams. (3) Booming exports of high-speed 5km in Hay Branch, selected about 500 meters long section of straight road, construct the reinforced concrete foundation according to national standards. Using a dedicated Scale testing vehicle, the research conducts the dynamic experiment at different speeds and different load respectively. Use fiber grating sensors in the beam record the experimental data continuously.The dynamic weighing system of composite structure this paper developed integrated sensor and structure, distribution of sensors are used to establish a vehicle axle load for the recognition algorithm. The weighing system static and dynamic experiments verify the system's carrying capacity and load identification efficiency. The application of software systems establishes a good man-machine interface.
