With the development of computer, as well as control technology and communication, the traditional industrial control field is going through an unprecedented change, and industrial controlling network widens industrial control field, brings about a new opportunity for development. Because of computer integrated manufacturing system's development and the control system's complexity, the concentrate control system can't meet the requirement. However, the filed-bus control system has provided an acceptable resolution to this difficulty. As one of the most promoting field buses, the CAN BUS has many advantages, such as high reliability, outstanding practicality and high cost performance. So it has become one of the most developmental hotspot in automatization field gradually.This topic comes from the project of the trigger system of Self-destruction, which is the cooperation of China's shipbuilding industry Integrated Technical Institute for Economic Research and College of Information Science and Technology,Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In order to meet the industry control needs in future, this paper has researched and realized an embedded industrial network controller based on ARM and UCLINUX. This embedded system has designed for the triggered system to monitor the CAN bus as a target, which based on embedded WEB, and is constituted by hardware system design and software system design. The hardware system using Samsung's ARM7 S3C44B0 chip as system processor and ATL8019as, MCP2510 and Serial as peripherals has been developed. Choosing UCLINUX OS for the core of the software system, discussed the development environment constructing, the transplant of Uclinux kernel, the device driver program, the transplant of embedded Boa WebServer and realization and so on.Based on the completion of the hardware and software's design, we test the system, and complete the improvements of individual key technical, the system can achieve the corresponding functions better.
