Optical synthetic aperture imaging technology is developing rapidly in recent years.It is a kind of high resolution imaging technology, which utilizes the method of optics to synthesize many small aperture systems to a large aperture system.It is an important development direction of the large-scale ground-based and space-based telescope systems, because it makes imaging systems smaller and lighter.In addition, the synthetic aperture imaging technology also has high value in the laser transmission, micro-imaging and three-dimensional imaging.The environment and vibration factors of synthesis aperture arrays may lead to errors in phase measurement and cause a severe degradation in the image quality. Therefore, real-time phase calibration is needed in the adaptive optical synthesis aperture remote sensor system enhance image quality.It is perfect for fiber optic piezoelectric ceramic phase shifter to solve the problem. Firstly, this paper presents the research situation of optical synthetic aperture imaging technology at home and abroad,and utilizes fiber optic phase shifter in calibration of phase error for the need of image quality.After that,The article emphasizes on demonstration of the phase modulation theory of fiber phase shifter,and design of fiber phase shifter experimental system. Based on these, constructs the platform of 1310nm near-infrared fiber optic Micheslon interferometer, which adjusts the phase of fiber optic phase shifter through interferometer.After optimizing system to improve the stability and SNR of signal, the relationship between the change of phase and voltage given to PZT is obtained by coherence signal produced by the correction system of fiber optic Micheslon interferometer.Subsequently, in order to solve the issue that Micheslon interferometer is sensitive to the external environment, a fiber optic Sagnac differerntial interferometer based on phase compression theory is designed to adjust the fiber optic phase shifter,and obtains the relationship between the change of phase and voltage given to PZT. Combined with fiber optic phase shifter phase modulation principle, the difference between the calibration results of two interferometers is small, which proves the correctness of the result and establishes the foundation for the further research. Therefore, fiber optic PZT phase shifter can be applied in real-time phase calibration in adaptive optical synthetic aperture remote sensor system.
