The improvement of product quality and yield depends on increasing the level of production management and the automation technology of production processes. As a starting point for the North of a Chemical Company's real needs, this article designs and develops a set of asphalt forming automatic production line.This automated production line design is based on Siemens S7-300PLC, by using the host computer (IPC + monitor screen) for the production process of the remote control and management. Siemens S7-300 PLC, as a system controller, achieves the automation of the entire production process. With Advantech's IPC, the " Kingview" software for the development PC's monitor screen, can ensure real-time monitoring and control. At the same time, by analyzing the uniform speed warehouse-machine system ,it provides the characteristics of the warehouse -machine system with the time course of retention of stacking production and non-linear, and proposes the fuzzy logic control method based PLC, it also states the fuzzy control principle and structure design of a two-input and single output fuzzy controller ,achieving stacking- production parameters of the process of real-time speed control ,reaching the uniform speed warehouse-machine error control, and meeting the requirements of uniform speed stacking production.The project is not only to apply the automation system design to the increase of the product quality and yield , and aiming at the traditional characteristics of the uneven stacking-production,it designs PLC-based fuzzy logic controller, to achieve the purpose of automatic uniform speed .The advantages of the project are to meet the actual needs of the enterprise and to solve the shortcoming of the traditional manual high failure rate, which causes great harm and many of the disadvantages of low productivity. The whole production process control system ensures the safety and reliability, improves product quality and production efficiency, saves energy and extends the life of the equipment, so it brings practical significance.
