The power supply is an important part of various types'electronic equipment. It is difficult to ensure the normal operation of electronic equipment without a high-quality power supply. Since high-frequency switching power supply has great advantages in weight, volume and efficiency than linear power. Therefore high-frequency switching power supply was widely used in many fields. But the traditional hard-switching power supply always has the problems of large switching losses, complex and high cost. With the advancement of modern power electronics technology and the existence of new power electronics Components, switching power supply will to be smaller and more high frequency. At this time, resonant switching power supply appears and it can resolve these problems. Resonant switching power supply is made up a resonant LC circuits, which makes the current flow to be a sine wave rather than a square wave. And then the power supply managed to turn on and off switch at the time of sine current zero-crossing. Therefore, the resonant switching power supply can work at higher frequency, and the switching losses were reduced to be a low level.In this paper energy injection technology will be introduced into the resonant switching power supply. Meanwhile this paper will do deeply research in working principle, modeling and simulation. And do some experiments about energy injection resonant switching power supply on the hardware circuit. The energy injection resonant switching power supply was studied in the background of the Chongqing scientific and technological project.Firstly, the paper respectively analysis the resonant switching power supply and the switching power supply research status and development trend. Then study on several topology of energy injection of resonant switching power supply By comparing the of two types topology Structure, the topology with the rectifier energy injection resonant switching power supply was more practical and valuable.Secondly, Analysis the working principle of the energy injection resonant switching power supply in detail. According to four different modes, the corresponding mathematical equivalent models were established, and the ZCS condition was solved through the mathematical model. In the paper we established the simulation model on the platform of SIMULINK, and based on this model do simulation study. According to the simulation results researched each MOSFET driving voltage waveform on different working conditions. The work features of the power are described under different load. Also the current and driving voltage simulation waveforms were given in conditions of zero current switchingFinally, designed hardware experiments circuit according to the simulation results ,and specifically introduced the controller, hardware selection, driver circuit, detection circuit and the high-frequency transformer in detail, given the results of the experiment ,and These experimental results were analyzed in detail to verify the energy injection resonant switching power supply is feasible.
