With the coming of the high-tech era, electromagnetic countermeasure and anti-jamming becomes increasingly intense in modern warfare, which make electronic anti-jamming and anti-reconnaissance technology highly favored by all the world. Frequency hopping (FH) technologies uses frequency hopping to realize anti-jamming, and it is an important branch in the filed of electronic countermeasure. Frequency hopping communication is widely used in military communication network for that its high abilities of preventing interference, high frequency utilization and network capacity, it is easy to implement multiple-access communication and has good compatibility with the other communication equipments.However, in unforeseeable modern war, commucation network based on traditional FH technology can not fulfill real-time requirements. Now Internet technology,Ad hoc,adaptive frequency hopping(AFH) communication technology and Software Radio Technology are widely applied in every filed, which supplies technical support to tactical FH communication network, and lay a basis for the new regional grid information links tactical FH communication network which has the function of information acquisition, information transmission, information processing, information use and information feedback. And it also make military power distributed union action and seamless links by reticular command system. Rapid response, joint action and field strength long-range strike implementation of non-contact and non-linear operations can be realized as well.This paper based on the modern war in high-tech era, and make search in the filed of tactical FH communication network, used many concepts such as Internet, Ad-hoc net and frequency adaptive. And the key technology of FH communication system is explored and emulated, such as the Principle of FH communication, Hopping sequence, Frequency Hop Synchronization (FHS), FH network and so on. And the scheme of tactical FH communication was proposed, a specific frequency scheme. At the same time, simulation was carried out based on OPNET for topological structure, access protocol, security, network security model and communication process of tactical FH communication network, and network security measures and methods for tactical FH communication network was proposed.
