Network coding was proposed in 2000 by Rudolf Ahlswede et al in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and soon the whole world paid attention to the subject. Because the idea of network coding changed the traditional way of store and forward routing architecture.First proposed that packet can be sent after it was encoded by the intermediate node .The routing of this way fully enhance the bandwidth utilization, so that the destination node can receives the maximum flow rate which determined by the max flow- min cut theorem. After 10 years of development, network coding has been applied in wireless networks, P2P, network security and other fields.In this paper, we studied the application of network coding techniques. First, we introduced network coding into the field of NOC, to explore the potential of on-chip network bandwidth utilization, and proposed the new framework of routing strategy. The test verified that the strategy can effectively improve the application of on-chip network throughput on multicast environment. Secondly, we study the network coding on P2P applications, and put forward our own algorithm, to solve the traditional P2P facing the data stuck problem. Finally, we study the network coding on wireless MANET network security application, put forward our own SPNC Algorithm. The algorithm can quickly identify malicious network packets, and add dynamic adjustment of inspection rate function and can identify malicious nodes. Compared to other algorithm, the algorithm performance is significantly improved.
