The Space and Air Information System Network is a space network systemwhich comprises various kinds of mobile terminals. And the network technologysynthesizes communication relay, and plays a key role in the future application. The Near Space Platform Network (NSPN) is crucial for the mobile terminals. It is used as the relay between the terminals, and as well as the communicationbridge between the long distance nodes. And the routing technology is moreimportant in the relay system. In the dissertation we conduct deep research in the routing of NSPN, and raisea method which contains two aspects. One aspect is the routing strategies which isbased on link bandwidth, that when in routing query the link bandwidth is the keycondition, and avoid local busy area to choose a relative idle platform to guaranteethe bandwidth requirement, and as well as the load equilibrium. The other aspect isthat shift the link to a more stable platform according to the signal intensity. Thelink quality weakens when the craft is flying further away the platform, and thecraft sends the handover query. After receiving the handover feedback, the craftaccesses the new link and renew the routing. Because the link rapture is repairedearlier, the drop is avoided, and delay and jitter is lowered. The service performanceis guaranteed, and the bandwidth resource is fully utilized as a stable infrastructure. In the dissertation we take the simulation with NS2 to verify the routingmethod. The results show that the routing is adaptive to the problem to meet thedemands of accession of multi-user and as well as the bandwidth requirement. Thelink rapture is effectively avoided caused by highly maneuverability, and the delayand jitter and drop is optimized. Therefore the routing in the dissertation is effectivefor applying in the environment which is characterized for maneuverability andmulti-service.
