The quality and centroid measurement system has its application in many areas, such as production and research. Especially with the uninterrupted development and progress in trajectory technology, accurate measurement of quality parameters of warheads and torpedoes has an important meaning and role for guidance, control and improving the hit rate. To improve the accuracy of the quality and centroid measurement system, it needs a good data acquisition and processing system to ensure the accuracy of the data acquisition and the exactitude handle. For large scale objects, this quality and centroid measurement system has measurement requirements of precise gaining the quality data and measuring the centroid. Based on the requirements, it has developed a data acquisition and processing system, the specific contents are as follows:This paper describes the quality and centroid measurement system's purpose and meaning, through the analysis of the measurement principle of the quality and centroid system, combined with technical indicators to determine the data collection and processing's specifications. According to technical indicators, it has determined the hardware's data acquisition circuit and the PC application software of data processing and communications control process.The data collect circuit requires collecting three-way weighing sensor signal. In the hardware circuit, three-way force-sensitive pressure sensor signal after being prettification, the SCM control the MAX187 ADC. At the same time, functions of achieving choice for the sensor signal path, controlling communications and the digital collection's real-time display have all been realized. Data acquisition and processing software design, including hardware and software communication transmission control, three-point center method of the body measurement algorithms, the generation of the report and the management of the quality and centroid measurement result. Applications process chooses Visual Basic 6.0, to achieve data exchange of the application process and data acquisition circuits.The experimental results show, measurement accuracy of the data acquisition circuit is 0.024%; system design has achieved the desired purpose.
