How to grasp the national policy support, breaks the transnational giant to monopolize, explores road of the independent brand construction, is engaged in the E-government software research and development numerously the domestic software enterprise the question which pondered.The E-government software takes the domestic software enterprise's prioritize direction, its status and the significance are pivotal.
