The space of vehicle platform was small, a number of and a variety of operating modes of radios in the same vehicle, it will bring serious problem of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which has affected the normal operation of communications systems. Therefore, the analysis and prediction of electromagnetic interference among the wireless equipments and putting forward the corresponding suppression is of great significance and value engineering.In this paper, vehicle communication system design for electromagnetic compatibility studies to explore the following:First of all, simply introduce the vehicle communication system, and propose the vehicle communication system requirements of the major technical indicators; meanwhile, introduce the performance and indicators of the main equipment VHF frequency-hopping data radio in this system which in this paper. At the same time, analyze the main interference of the vehicle communication system, and detailed design of the electromagnetic compatibility of grounding, shielding and filtering techniques.Secondly, through the development of the antenna diplexer, several radios can be joined with the antenna diplexer and reduce the number of antennas, and through the frequency division to reduce the mutual interference may existed. At the same time, the system of asynchronous network and synchronous orthogonal network play a key role. This is a major innovation point in this article. To carry out a certain amount of research for interference cancellation, including the VHF interference inverter realization of the proposed program; at the same time will also be used in interference cancellation technology field of electromagnetic compatibility testing will interfere with the signal frequency for effective inhibition, thereby testing the effect of effectively.Then, made a research for the key equipment-VHF antenna in the vehicle communication system. Through the simulation by HFSS, and through the change of the two antenna's distance, height, direction, to observe the changes in coupling degree, come to the work of two antennas of the antenna layout of reasonable conclusions; and then for the multi-antenna work together, through the change of antenna layout, observe the changes in coupling degree, come to the work of multi-antenna of the antenna layout and reasonable conclusions. These conclusions will be of practical application of the layout of the antenna has some significance. This is the biggest innovation in this article.Finally, through the two aspects of design for system EMC and extension EMC in the vehicle communication system, especially for the design of frequency hopping pre-filter, has a certain degree of innovation. The ultimate test by experiment, reach the requirement of military tactical communications.
