The internal and external quality of citrus is an important measure indicator of the quality of their products, at present,there is still short of some rapid and effective detection method in the field. Use the multi-spectral detection technology to analyze the quality of citrus and do some relational research combining with System-on-Programmable-Chip(SOPC) technology to complete its rapid implementation. As a kind of scalable, flexible configuration on-chip system solutions, SOPC technology can be easily complete citrus multispectral data collection, processing and output functions, these features can be embedded into a single FPGA chip. The driving diagram of linear array color CCD (TCD2252D) is devised based on FPGA,the CCD is working under the five driving signals,the photoelectric signal of measured Citrus is sending to the SOPC acquisition system by the color image sensor when the irradiation of multi-spectral light. To complete a simple median filter with the FPGA chip according to the differential characteristics between the abnormal places of citrus surface with spectral reflectance. the results of real-time image processing is handing finally. The main work including as follows:1. According to the optical reflection characteristics of citrus, completed LED light source device based on multi-spectral referencing to the relevant principles of citrus detection system .2. Devised the hardware driving signals of color CCD according to the working timing requirements of color image sensor TCD2252D in its datasheet.3. The IP core on the SOPC based on FPGA hardware platform is designed, and complete its peripheral circuit after analysing the data collection method based on principles of SOPC.4. Design and implementation of optical signals SPI interface module by using HDL hardware description language, then compile the top file on the Quartusâ…ˇsoftware, the simulation results show that the timing function modules can meet the design requirements.5. Design the interface function based on the Lightweight LWIP stack by the NIOSâ…ˇsoftware, thus, it is capable to control the data of color industrial cameras transmission through Ethernet interface to display on the screen of computer.6. Show the results of the median filtering on multi-spectral image and the detection results of the damage places of citrus through the PCA methods in the end.
