Wireless multi-user diversity is due to the fading experienced by different users, then when a user experience deep fading at the same time, another user may be in better communication quality, and thus multi-user diversity is inherent in wireless communication system.The treatise classifies the existing of opportunistic beamforming technology, which are: the traditional technique of opportunistic beamforming, based on the channel memory opportunistic beamforming, multi-weighted opportunistic beamforming technology, and so on.The treatise on the basis of the existing multi-weights opportunistic beamforming technology, proposed a new multi-weighted opportunistic beamforming method, in comparison, this method can achieve higher spectrum efficiency; and the simulation results show It can also further improve the system's data transfer rate.By analyzing such problems of two available solutions - Packet opportunistic beamforming and cyclic shift beamforming, aimed at reducing the number of IFFT computing complexity, proposing a new multi-carrier opportunistic beamforming (i.e., periodic sequences opportunistic beamforming) program, which uses the convolution properties of a special cycle phase sequence to generate the time domain weight for each transmitter antennas, so IFFT operation is only needed once for OFDM signal, meanwhile the particular sequence of such cycles sequence also has a lower peaks to average ratio of OFDM signal.
