To realize the efficient,reliable and stable operation of the base station,a new power supply condition was designed.There are two power supply systems for that,commercial power-diesel generator and PV-diesel generator,which supply the power for the existing communication equipments and newly increased equipments respectively.When the solar energy is sufficient,the system can switch status of electricity charging.The design carries on a detailed analysis to the situation of the power plus of related power supply equipments for the base station caused by the increase of the communication equipments.It also points out the existing problems,suggests to using a new power supply condition such as using solar energy as energy supplement and chooses a better program through comparing various power supply schemes.Based on the selected program,the study analyses the main components of the new power supply system such as photovoltaic cells,battery,DC/DC converter,DC/AC inverter and so on.SG3525 generates PWM signal to control the output of Cuk circuit in order to charge up the battery by steps.The modulation of sine-wave and triangular-wave generates SPWM signal to control the DC/AC circuit to output 50Hz sine AC.As the main control chip in the whole system,STC12C5624AD is used to control battery charge-discharge,failure alarm, status display and so on.Finally,this study will calculate the preferences for the main components of the system and then write the related software.The designed controlling system can automatically regulate the voltage.The controller is supplied by independent power which isolates the control signals and main circuit,in this way,improving its reliability.The system is with the function of over-voltage and under-voltage protection and warming,which can make sure its safety and long time using. Two sets of battery can charge the power alternately when there is sufficient sunlight.This can make efficient and full use of the solar energy.Diesel generator will start automatically when there is too little power in the battery.This can ensure that the equipments will not stop operating in case of the power failure.LCD module can display the current working condition of the system which bring much more convenience for the test and detection.
