With the improvement of College Entrance Examination information technology ,the entrance examination department has accumulated a large number of college entrance examinees data.The useful knowledge and rules are often hidden behind these large data sets.How to effectively excavate the potential rules and improve the utilization of data is currently a critical problem in the area of information processing.Based on this,the data mining technology as an effective means to deel with rapidly developed,and achieved very remarkable results.In this dissertation,based on data mining technology,through the comprehensive analysis for the voluntary data and relevant data of the candidates over the years,to explore the hidden useful rules between the voluntary data and the enrollment results,and this article establish a voluntary data analysis system,voluntary choice of the candidates can provided decision support to improve admission probability.In this thesis,carefully study and analysis of the theory of data mining,the data analysis system of voluntary detailed design work has the following main aspects:Firstly,the data mining algorithms are researched and improved.Traditional association rules algorithm needs to repeatedly scan the database to generate a large number of candidate sets,in this paper,a new association rules algorithm is presented based on the digraph chained storage structure,and the algorithm will not need scanning the database frequently by putting all the database records into multiple lists,and through effective pruning action, the complexity of the candidate sets generation is avoided,which is more rapid and easy to dig out the frequent item sets.As for the decision tree classification algorithm,we also simplify the original calculated formula of the information entropy,and utilize the property importance as correction value,which is more accurate and efficient algorithms; Secondly,the College Entrance Examination data as well as the relevant data is preprocessed according to characteristics,and the target database consistent with mining conditions is generated;Finally,a smart data analysis system for candidates voluntary is established.The system uses Visual C++6.0 as a development tool,and Microsoft Access is the backend database server,the improved association rules algorithm and ID3 algorithm are utilized to design the data analysis system for the voluntary reporting of college entrance examination,by the use of this system,we analyze and excavate carefully the recent examination data of Shanxi Province,and draw the effective association rules and classification rules,it is expected that this system can provide decision support for candidates voluntary reporting of the next college entrance examination.
