With the development of network and information technology, Telemedicine becomes more common in people's lives, this paper just comes from the background of the digital medical network, focusing on the physiological indicators of oxygen saturation test. The oxygen saturation of traditional detection method is to get blood through the body firstly, then use the blood gas analyzer to determine blood oxygen saturation. This measurement is complicated, unreliable, and can not be continuously testing. Since reduction in blood hemoglobin and ox hemoglobin in the red and infrared light (600nm~1000nm) has a unique absorption spectrum, and the beating of human arterial blood flow can cause changes in the test area, which led to changes in light absorption, pulse-type oxygen saturation detection technology is to use this feature on the human body for continuous noninvasive continuous measurement of blood oxygen saturation.This issue also comes from this trend, By learning and researching from a large number of relevant documents for some of the existing solutions for remote medicine and health care, the paper is mainly done for the oxygen saturation in telemedicine front acquisition, dual-wavelength transmission-type measurement through the finger, using the absorption differences of oxygenated hemoglobin and not oxygenated hemoglobin to red and infrared light, through the H bridge circuit time-interval open the two light channel, next the photodiodes will translate the light through the fingers into too weak current signal, and then through a precision resistor in series IV conversion, Filter circuit built by the op amp remove the DC signal component and the transmission of two wavelengths AC component corresponding to light, according to Beer Lambert's law oxygen saturation derived formula to achieve oxygen saturation of the solution.This paper is mainly through theoretical calculations and computer simulation to complete, described the detail of the oxygen saturation formula and each part of the circuit design ideas and calculations were carried out in the paper.
