Chaotic as unique forms of exercise in non-linear systems. It has the class random, highly sensitive to initial values and other characteristics, that make it showed a good application prospect for secure communication. Be highly efficient and stable chaotic signal is a prerequisite for chaotic secure communication. In recent years, numerous studies of chaos, experts and scholars made a variety of new models of generating chaotic signals and the new methods, new technology of hardware implementation.This paper presents a new three-dimensional autonomous chaotic system, through analysis the phase diagram, dissipation, Lyapunov exponent spectrum and dimension,and the stability of equilibrium point, It demonstration of the system has the chaotic characteristics preliminary. on this basis, we give the modular design of the circuit and the simulation. It produced a chaotic attractor too. the paper gives the circuit diagram and simulation results, let us have a clearer understanding for study the chaotic new system.In order to produce chaotic attractors by a nonlinear function, There are piecewise linear functions, sawtooth, triangle, exponential, polynomial, etc., they can produce a variety of chaotic attractors in CHUA circuit, JERK circuit and so on. Here, we use the hyperbolic tangent function to construct multi-scroll Chua chaotic system, and produce a more scroll chaotic attractor by numerical simulation, Then we make the system digital design, and simulate the system by CCS of DSP. We can find the results is reach consensus by CCS or Numerical Implementation. And this method has a certain universality, It can provide a new way of thinking for chaotic system which is used in digital devices occasions more, In particular the number of secure communication.Finally, in the based of DSP, We encrypt by chaotic system and implement with hardware of the digital image successful, In order to prove further that the method is common which can generate chaotic attractor by digital design in CCS. We re-selected high-dimensional chaotic Lorenz system which is commonly as the encryption system. according to the discretization and digital processing technology which are described above. We process the three-dimensional Lorenz chaotic system in corresponding, with the C language and DSP technologies, three-dimensional Lorenz chaotic iterative sequence has produced., Add and off chaotic to the red, green and blue color signals of the digital image respectively.
