The system of Iris Recognition was a hoot research direction in biological identify field. Biological identify included Iris Recognition, Fingerprint Identification and Facial Recognition totally, these has become a hot research point in recent years. Iris Recognition major applied in the Bank, Warehousing, and Secrecy identify areas.Iris Recognition System has included the part of iris image acquisition, iris location, iris image preprocessing and Iris feature extraction. Based on current Iris Recognition algorithms, this dissertation has provided a new algorithm for system. The Iris Recognition algorithm was improved to achieve in the OMAP3530 hardware platform.This dissertation's main research field was content of the following aspects:The Iris Recognition algorithm was studied deeply, especially to improve Iris positioning algorithm. The algorithm was designed according to the hardware conditions of the relevant matches. In the various parts of the algorithm, system had added the detection algorithms. And the negative feedback added to the system. It will enhance the algorithm's reliability and identify efficiency.The relevant technology of OMAP3530 microchip was studied deeply, especially the process of their development. Principle of ARM+DSP embedded multi-chip was introduced in this paper. The development and debugging of application algorithm in DVSDK was researched deeply. The Iris Recognition algorithm had transplant on the DSP-side and running on it. It had introduced the method of designing device drivers of Iris collect equipment on Linux Operating System.
