Research And Implementation Of Moving Target Tracking System Across The Region Based On Multi-camera

For a long time, camera monitoring system which is powerful and easily to use has been widely used in the production and lives. Bank security project, urban road monitoring, monitoring sensitive areas of the city and plant engineering, the treasury security access control are the focus areas which use camera surveillance system applications.However, the traditional camera surveillance system is used as an aid to security personnel, because of the previous level of computer hardware technology and software development restrictions; it can't deal with the motioning person and vehicle which is very import to the security personnel. Only small number systems can detect and track automatic the moving target in a single camera. So, a tracking target system based on multi-camera and cross-regional has become very urgent to research and implementation.This article design and implement detection and tracking system under complex environment to meet the objectives of the motion across regions in a multi-camera. This thesis is based on 1 Intelligent monitoring system, the system can automatically identify and moving target tracking. Making a lot of research issues and experiments on moving objects in a multi-camera tracking of cross-regional movement. The system makes research and implementation in different weather conditions in order to get the different requirements of motion detection.This thesis use standard template subtraction to detect motioning object, update system template timely to create dynamic template, real-time the maximum extent possible the detection of moving targets accurately in order to detect moving target. Extracting the information of the moving objects which have been detected such as two-dimensional spatial information, the moving target texture coordinates, such as moving target, the target current location of the camera number, the target of the access frequency of moving target image, target image Histogram, the target's moving direction, the target coordinates of the area where the location of the monitoring moved. Then Identification and tracking the moving targets by the characteristics of those moving objects moving target signature information to establish comprehensive two-dimensional moving object computing elements and special features of the texture elements. Finally, this article describes the system's main functions and gives the final result map of the system.Based on the experiment of development and designing, the system solve problem of missing when the moving target tracking the cross-regional movement. Solving the problems that moving target detection in complex weather conditions. The article is based on the full experiment; it can track the moving targets easily. The system has certain scientific and practical value.
