Application Research Of Video Watermarking In Mobile Police Affair System

With the rapid development of multimedia technology and computer network technology, the intellectual property protection of digital products has become an urgent problem to be solved. Digital watermarking technology provides an effective approach to solve this problem because of its concealment. Recently, the video watermarking has become an important mean of video copyright protection and content authentication. In this thesis, robustness video watermarking algorithm which is based on compressed domain and combined with the characteristics of H.264 standard is researched, and video watermarking is applied to the evidence retrieval module of mobile police affair system.This thesis is organzationed as follows:First, linking up the characteristics of video watermarking with the application requirements in mobile police affair system, the application project of video watermarking is proposed.Second, several typical robustness video watermarking algorithms based on H.264 standard's compressed domain are analyzed and compared, and preliminary improvement methods for each algorithm's shortages are proposed. Based on this, the difficulties in the research of H.264 video watermarking algorithm are summarized.Third, a design idea of video watermarking which can be applied to evidence retrieval system is explored. A robustness real-time video watermarking algorithm based on H.264 standard's domain is designed by this. Simulation experiment results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can embed and exact watermarking information real-timely, and it has high imperceptibility, robustness, and slender influence to video stream. The algorithm can satisfy the application requirements of mobile police affair system.Fourth, linking up the official module of H.264 with overall design of mobile police affair system, an evidence retrieval system based on video watermarking is realized in PC platform. Its successful operation proved that the video retrieval which uses the video watermarking is valid. Finally, a software scheme of real-time evidence retrieval system is realized depends on the video compress process of mobile police affair system.
