The paper summarizes the basic concepts of the Web security, Web attack technology and Web security detection technology. With further understanding the functions of Web security detection system, we analyze functional requirements of the system and design system architecture as well as the management platform in this system. The paper focuses on the queuing strategy and heartbeat mechanism, which are two key research points of the mission management and tool management modules in the Web security detection system.In the mission management module, the executing time of Web security detection missions is very long, which is different from that of other Web applications also using queuing strategy. In order to meet the Web security detection system's characteristics better, and to improve the users'experience, queue satisfaction and user satisfaction are introduced in the queuing strategy in this paper. User satisfaction is a non-increasing function of time, and is related with whether the user is inserted into the queue or not. Queue satisfaction is the sum of all users'satisfaction in the queue. When new mission entering the queue, the inserted position is just the location that makes the queue get maximum satisfaction, and then the queue satisfaction is improved.In the tool management module, the platform should monitor if the tools are down or if there is an error in the network during the executing time, so that can take measures timely. According to the characteristics of Web security detection system, we choose the application layer self-realization method of heartbeat mechanism, and design the states of heartbeat mechanism, structure of packets and process in detail.According to the architecture design, requirements of the platform and the two key research points, this paper explains detailed design and implementation of the management platform in Web security detection system, and illustrates some screenshots of prototype. Finally, this paper plans the work in the future.
