The tilt sensor plays an important role in the robot control system. However, most of the conventional angle sensor can only measure the angle in a static environment, while difficult to meet the platform of the robot to measure the dynamic angle requirements. This paper presents a new perspective based on dynamic measurement of bionics tilt sensor.Because there is a lot of noise arose by robot translational motion in the output of traditional tilt sensors. With the bionics' theory, the liquid damping was applied in the sensor design to realize the goal of reducing the translational motion noise. Then the sensor designed will have better performance to measure tilt angle in the dynamic environment.The part drawing and virtual assembly drawing of the dynamic tilt sensor was designed based on the SolidWorks2010 software. And kinemics simulation of the sensor was been done to testify the validity of the dynamic tilt sensor. Then three kinds of non-electric measurement schemes was presented to realize the goal of tilt angle measurement. And the interface circuit of a non-electric measurement scheme was designed based on the Altium Designer software. Use circuit simulation software (multisim) for circuit simulation tests to verify the correctness of the circuit design of the electronic devices and circuit blocks, said mathematical model and simulation with the numerical analysis and graphical display method to achieve the function of the circuit simulation and characterization analysis.In addition, the paper design for the new sensor signal conversion interface circuit, creating the prototype of the new sensors.Coupled with the magnetic field changes based on the principle of data acquisition and data processing circuit, and microprocessor-based LPC2210 written procedures for data acquisition and processing to obtain the angle and frequency angle between the sensor and analyzed the feedback signal in a lot of noise on the sensor, qualitative verification of the design is reasonable.
