With the popularization of computer technology and the Internet, the efficiency of an enterprise mostly depends on the degree of its information automation and the performance of the information system.Currently, there is no such a synchronized measurement system which includes both engineering funds management and quantity of the project simultaneously, especially a system based on the web technique which can realize the synchronized measurement under the multipoint remote circumstance. The existing software systems have many disadvantages such as non-interoperability, costly and data incompatibility, so it is not good for efficient operation.In order to solve the above problems, this thesis developed a new project synchronized measurement system based on combined C/S and B/S construction. The innovation of this paper includes the four following aspects:1. Combined C/S and B/S construction. The front control applies the C/S construction, which uses the client collection of the user's computer information for the use of login verification through the inbuilt browser visit the web server and database server to make the visited system under controlled. The core of the system applies the B/S module to make sure the main arithmetic logics are completed by the server, when the function of the system need fixed it only have to change the server logic and avoid the large scale update of the client.2. This system uses MVC design pattern which separates the logic operation and interface representation, so it can realize the development of interface-design and function-design separately.3. Using the WEB system for synchronized calculation which replaces the traditional EXCEL and E-mail. This allows the verifying operation no longer using mail transfer but directly remotely realize it.4. This system combines various security ways including hardware checking, user password checking and secret communication. This system will directly apply to the synchronized measurement of bridge, roadbed construction, and fulfill the requirement of synchronized measurement of construction in multipoint and remote environment. This system can accelerate the calculating related resource information, improve the efficiency of project management and help to realize the remote system management.
