With the development of Network, more and more people like to communication with other people through the internet, no matter where you are, no matter which national you are and what race you are. But different language is a big challenge for people. Science and technology are will help people to resolve this question. Language Grid project provides language translation services for people. Language Grid is a resource platform based on Web Services technology (http://langrid.nict.go.jp/en/index.html), it provides a large number of language services. The function of all the services is translation. You can composite these services as you want.Web Services composition is a hot research topic in the area of computer application, has be used in many fields and research, but the new combination service can meet the needs of users, how the quality of service, response time and prices, these all question need our a lot of research. Language Grid is a resource-based Web Services platform, then it face of the same problems. Therefore this article is main study service composition on the Language Grid. As the existing composition of services is generally based on service name keyword search, lacking of semantic analysis, it is difficult to meet the user's request. This paper use the ontology to describe Web Services, formal description of language services and focus on QoS for service composition, then improve the quality of the services composition. First, the Language Gird service ontology construction, structural the language service ontology, while adding Web Service QoS information, experiment on Language Grid platform. The experimental results show that the method of this paper has significantly improved the success rate of combinations and meet the needs of users.Ontology with good concept level and reason model, has been used in the field of Web service composition widely, this paper focuses on the quality of combination services, we propose a method of Web Service composition with QoS based on ontology. The main works of this paper are as follows:Firstly, Service quality indicators are the basis of this study. The Language Grid service is very special than other services, so find the appropriate language service QoS indicator is the first step in this research. We measure the quality of language service through the accuracy of language services, time, availability, and credibility.Secondly, after determining the service quality indicators, due to different quality indicators have different values, and the users' requirements and expression are different, so quality of service indicators must be standardized and unified. In this paper, we proposed the standardization calculated of the different service quality indicators, and then design the service composition algorithm based on the previous research work.Thirdly, there are many language services resource in the Language Grid platform, so we make the experiment on the Language Grid. The simulation experiment results of services composition show our approach is effective and successful for the Language Web services composition.
