Satellite communication system is very important in modern communication systems, it's long communication distance,large capacity, not affected by geographic conditions, widely used in communication, meteorological monitoring, earth enviroment monitoring, resource exploration, military investigation and other various aspects. Maritime satellite communication system is currently the only communication system for the marine, land, airborne users with globalization, all-weather, comprehensive public communications and distress security communication services, it is irreplaceable and has vast potential for future development. Maritime satellite communication system mainly consists of geosynchronous communication satellites, mobile terminal (including the marine, land and airborne terminals), coastal earth station and coordinated control station, etc. As the mobile terminal, a stable antenna control platform is necessary, the core issue of the antenna control or antenna stabilization technology used in the platform is how tomonitor and control the antenna's attitude, there's no mature product inland in this respect, therefore the nationalization of the antenna control system also has great prospects for development.This paper is written on the basis of the Ministry of Communications project "Research into the shipboard satellite terminal antenna's key technologies".In a complete set of antenna controller system products, system testing software is indispensable. This paper mainly studies the hardware comprehensive test software used to test the modules working normal or not based on the existing antenna controller hardware in laboratory and proposes error correction method of sensor modules.The antenna controller hardware platform based on TI company's digital signal processor TMS320F2812, external various sensors, stepping motor driver module, GPS module and outside enlarge memory and asynchronous serial interface chip, etc. Test software is divided into DSP and PC two parts, DSP software is the main part, after test, the results will be completed send to the PC software by extending asynchronous serial interface, then the PC software will show the testing results. Based on the analysis and study of each module, initially I establish the test method of each module, the test software usually can run normally, in some simple communication mistakes such as overtime and calibration error it can correct judgment, however, there's still some problems which are not taken into account in the test software and these needs to be improved.in the later development.
