Marine natural environment is an important object of marine high-tech study, getting as much as possible detailed data has great significance for the exploiting of the marine natural sources,development of marine economy and protection of the marine safety.Our country related military department has done massive experiments for a long time on the marine natural environment and obtain massive data. As the process, time, equipment and other reasons, the data derived with multiple, heterogeneous and complex characteristics in the data processing and analysis, and less efficient. This article on this topic, starting from the guiding principle of software engineering, basing on the.NET platform technology, using the object-oriented visual programming language C# as a tool to establish a marine hydrological parameters in the measurement of integrated platform, complete marine hydrological elements of real-time acquisition, and data collected in a unified framework for management and analysis. System architecture includes presentation, business logic and data access layer three. Presentation completes the data presentation and increases the graphical interface in the form of interactive applications; business logic system is divided into many functional modules to complete the relevant data in the form of components analysis and computation, making the system more modular structure; data layer is responsible for Database interaction. Using.NET technology enables the separation of interface and code, complex logic, makes the code more secure, more convenient and portable, implementation and efficient, and easier to configure distributed systems.The integrated management of a variety of marine information, analysis, interpretation could provide scientific judgments, decision-making basis for the design of underwater military weapons,maritime military development and implementation of related action.
