With the rapid development of social economy and culture, especially the development of mass communication, media career will create social public figures one by one in every area of society, just as the French theorist Albert Keitel said, this is spectacle created by media. When more and more public figures appear in people's living space and influence people's social action, how to dissolve these crises faced by this social group, improve their relationship between organization and the public, by using reasonable means of dissemination should gain our attention and become discuss topic.Based on the background described above, this thesis discerns the present situation on that our social public figures conduct image crisis communication, and focuses on the image crisis communication problems and countermeasures of our social public figures. The article is divided into five parts. The first chapter is introduction, elaborates the concept, theoretical basis, significance of the research and status of academic research on image crisis communication of social public figures; The second chapter, at first, analyses the necessity for social public figure to conduct image crisis communication, then analyzes system elements and influence factors in image crisis communication of social public figures; Chapter three analyses image crisis situation of Chinese social public figures, from the view of communicator, audience, media, information; The fourth chapter digs out the problems emerged from the image crisis communicating process of Chinese social public figures, and analyzes the causes of these problems; the last Chapter provides image crisis communication strategies for Chinese social public figures corresponding these problems raised by chapter four. This paper, studies the factor of communication and case analyzes, according to the academic research and practice investigation, giving a wisdom support to conduct image crisis communication for Chinese social public figures, in order to achieve the sustainable development of harmonious society.
