Analysis And Design Of Electric Power Communication Workflow Management System

With China's accession to the WTO, China's power industry is facing the trend of economic globalization, ushered in the " the separation with power plant and grid, seeking for the lowest price" as the center of a new round of reforms. Since China's power industry promotes electric power system's reform in 2002, they implemented the separation between power plant and grid under the central level and set up two power grid companies, five major power plant companies, four secondary business group. Subjected to the most serious power shortage, the State Council Executive Meeting examined and approved the document—"Eleventh Five-Year Plan" to deepen the implementation of power system views and determines the basic principles of power system - persist in the direction of market-oriented reforms in November 1, 2006. In the deepening context of the power company, the research to the workflow management system communication has a very important theoretical and practical significance. With the deepening of power system, it has important theoretical and realistic significance to research power supply company communication workflow management system.In this paper, based on the elaborating of workflow system theory and combined with the current situation of power supply company communication management closely, the business process and data procedure of electric power communication workflow management system were analyzed, the overall function structure and detailed functions of the key parts were designed, including the overall design of a workflow management system, such as the application of the system model, the architecture of a system level, data sheets file design, business flow process and process design device module design, etc. On the basis of support software such as JBPM, Jgraph, Struts, Hibernate, MySQLand Apache, communication workflow management system was developed, and the system running interface of the main modules was displayed. These are important for power supply company communication management practice in the aspect of guiding and application value.
