Audio and video acquisition and processing technology plays a very important role in the information processing technology. It is involved in industrial detection, medical equipment, military, consumer electronics fields. In general occasion, audio and video acquisition and processing method use processing system based on computer. On the occasions need higher requirement in system costs and volume, development and application on FPGA audio and video acquisition and processing system has high research and use value and is in closely related to people's lives of products. This paper designs overall hardware circuit principle diagram based on FPGA audio and video signal acquisition, and respectively designed audio signal acquisition module, the video signal acquisition module, the MCU control module, memory control module and other peripheral circuit principle diagram.It designed device selection, and wrote the programes of video signal acquisition and control circuit, audio signal acquisition control circuit, SRAM reading and writing control circuit using VHDL language in Quartusâ…ˇenvironment. The simulation results indicated that it achieved the expectant function. In order to strengthen the audio and video signal safety awareness, it separately encrypted image and audio signal using digital watermark. It encrypted image signal using modified DCT signal digital watermark based on the HVS model, and simulated it in MATLAB.The simulation indicated that the encrypted image was good adaptable for visual, and promoted comprehensive performance of algorithm. It encrypted audio signal using digital watermark, which adopted frequency domain energy quantizing audio watermarking algorithm, and simulated it in MATLAB. It got very good encryption results.
