Periphery interface based on BOSS of China Unicom increases as the developments of business and user groups. The management of periphery interface is particularly important because of there are many requirements, such as how to face competition in telecommunication industry, how to provide users good business services, and how to improve the users perception. However, peripheral vendors have different implementations and platforms. Thus constructing unified interface platform is imperative, which can effectively manage messy interface. As a result, this can expand business, raise productivity, and fulfill customer satisfaction.Unified interface platform is more benefit for the business development, and is the foundation of improvement in users perception. Depending on the electronic in transaction of service, we can analysis the real-time trends of users through traffic of periphery interface. BOSS-based access protocols, together with vendors, implementing languages, mechanisms, and platforms are different. Unified interface platform chooses news model as a basis to directly manage the periphery interface in real time. This can handle the difference of manufacturer and protocols better, and reduce the cost of development and maintain. Making all the access news transformed into platform news, and then handle them. Finally, return them as access news through grounded out management. Selecting message oriented middleware MQ (based on JMS) to encapsulate the platform news.Communication between platform data can be done using news transmission mechanisms. Realizing the seamless fusion between unified interface platform, core system and peripheral interface platform based on data communication.This paper presents a design of the news model based on unified interface platform, including JMS news and platform, and points out the problems presently. Based on the above research, we design and implement a unified interface platform, (platform-independent) which can shield different messages agreement. Secondly, we introduce the overall framework of the unified interface platform in detail. Properties of supporting unified authentication and service routing, unifying news format, adapting different protocols, having elasticity are also introduced. Chapter 4 presents design and implementation of function module of unified interface platform in detail. Using adapter module to manage peripheral news. The news is transformed into platform-internal flows of news and business processing, which uses unified data format by introducing different interface standards and protocols. Also, it supports connection of different interface standards and protocols with periphery systems. Configuration management module can support business realization more flexibly, meet business requirements to the maximum, reduce work, and improve the speed of responding to requirements. Business processing module is strongly independent. It writes business processing category according to requirements and may have collaboration with other modules. We can fully guarantee correctness, safety and stability of the platform through cooperation between modules.
