DVB-C cable transmission is a transmission of digital television transmission system commonly used in. In the DVB-C system, due to the nature of the transmission medium single, fixed, therefore the transmission channel environment compared with the ideal additive white Gaussian noise channel similar, it is suitable for analysis and research. But because digital TV signal in DVB-C system of transmission process in the, both coding and modulation technology caused of error; and has transmission media and system device caused of signal quality problem, so, research DVB-C of transmission system, analysis error produced of causes, decoding out better of digital TV signal quality on actual system of network framework has important role, on transmission system quality improve has actual of guidance significance.This thesis by digital TV system concept of explained, leads DVB-C transmission system, explained has DVB-C transmission technology of development, describes has DVB-C system in the by using of letter source coding MPEG-2 of compression and transfer technology, on DVB-C transmission technology of key technology as synchronization reverse, and base with forming, for has description, research has DVB-C transmission system of channel coding and QAM modulation technology, and analysis has the transmission system in the of index ber, and modulation errors rate and constellation figure, while by research system in the interference type and sources, and after measurement and simulation analysis, point out that digital television signal transmission in DVB-C cable systems, to reduce error and improve the quality of transmitted signal, decodes a better quality of digital TV signals, shall select good cable shielding performance and excellent performance of passive components such as improved technologies such as high isolation splitter, with application to engineering practice.
