The design of video sharing issuesusing computer system, mainly in the processing power, powerful video coding and videotransmission strategies is optimized, to make up for the mobile phone in data storageprocessing is insufficient;(2)Research and analysis of H.264 coding core technology, compares and analyses thesuperiority, of coding motion estimation algorithm was improved and optimized, and thento JM coding scheme and the realization of coding algorithm, it is concluded that this papercompares scheme than JM encoding scheme is improved algorithm in coding quality and coding rate increased respect;(3)Convection media technology was studied, the transmission of streaming mediatransmission is mainly studied your RTP/RTCP agreement, design the system's videotransmission frame, your RTP h.264 video data package bag mechanism, and then the groupaccording to the characteristics of your RTP agreement transmission video, gives a videosharing system of Qos solution;(4)Application of smart phone front design based on video sharing system of the scheme,design implements a simple based on video teaching system smart phones. First to the systemstructure and modules, and then analyzed the system design, database design used based onWindows CE system . Smart phone Mei Zu M8 as client to run the program, realize the systemfunction.This paper improved video coding algorithm makes video coding quality improved,proposed the video transmission control strategy can improve mobile video transmissionquality, and the video teaching based on smart phone system can complete simple teachingactivities.
