According to the demand that mould enterprise acquisition and reuse, sharing and accumulation to knowledge, and mold empirical knowledge intensive, complex diverse characteristics. This topic to mould production process produces empirical knowledge as the research object. Using experience feedback model and its methods of guiding knowledge capture, formal expression, extraction and summarized to ontology to describe standard language knowledge, knowledge has logical basis and is easier to reuse. Using a distribution of is Browser/Server application characteristics of system structure, anytime, anywhere, end users can query, add, modify and delete operation ontology business. In this context, this article in view of the current ontology tools the diversity and difference analysis, conform to the development trend of ontology editor tool, combining mould enterprise empirical knowledge representation based on WEB, study the mould empirical knowledge coordination of ontology semantic editor system design and implementation, the main content as follows:1. Introduced the related theory and ontology ontology research situation of existing ontology, editing tools and mould experience after analyzing the characteristics of knowledge, this paper to construct the ontology of mould empirical knowledge the necessity of semantic editor;2.
