Nowadays, Internet of Things is the most popular topic in the world. It leads a new technology wave. The concept of Internet of Things generated on the concept of Internet, it extends Internet terminals to all of the items in the real world, to achieve information exchange and communication among the items. A variety of standards and key technologies for the Internet of Things are evolving. Architecture for the Internet of Things has formed an initial framework in the industry, includes three levels:perception layer, network layer, application layer. According to technical point of view, some scholars conducted a more detailed classification, perception layer, transport layer, application layer, business layer and the user terminal layer. Business layer like a service layer, it needs to meet application layer and the user terminal layer. Manifestation of the business layer is when it is used in specific industries will produce large amounts of business, there must have an efficient and quick method to deal with these business to ensure the normal operation of the Internet of Things. For this background, this thesis uses the current IT service management solution, and then proposed an ITIL-based reference model for the management of the Internet of Things business layer.ITIL is the Information Technology Infrastructure Library; it is process-oriented, customer-centric, it integrates business and IT services, and improved the capacity of business processing.The model in this thesis designed some modules related with process, they are: service desk, incident management, problem management, configuration management, change management, release management and service level management. Service desk is responsible for receiving service requests and alarm events. Incident Management is responsible for resolve events quickly. Problem Management to seek the root causes of major events to prevent the incident from happening again. Change Management is responsible for managing changes in the business layer, release management, change history is mainly written and timely release, and the user can change the contents of the sub-query time. Configuration management is the core configuration management database (CMDB), for other processes module provides basic configuration information. The important task of service level management service level agreement is based on (SLA), monitoring and evaluation of service quality and quantity.Finally, this thesis discussed the security needs of business layer. The model implements the flow of things management of business processes to improve the efficiency of business processes, while ensuring the business layer of things operates safely and orderly. |
