Wireless sensor network is made up of sensor node. There have a mass of sensor nodes in one WSN. The sensor node is low cost and could have wireless communication. In the modern developing society, WSN have a lot of use. In normal, the node has limited energy. The energy efficiency in the WSN is one of the very important Performance Indicators. For improving the efficiency of the energy, this paper proposed a new algorithm on the bases of PEGASIS to make every notes load balance and extent the network lifetime. Protocol PEGASIS is based on the chain structure, every chain have only one cluster head, it is in charge with every note's receiving and sending messages who belong to this chain, in this situation, the cluster head consumes large energy and the times of round increasing. So we proposed double cluster heads in one chain as a new research area. There have some steps as fellow:1) Compare LEACH cluster routing protocol with PEGASIS chain routing protocol, and research both of the advantage and disadvantage.2) Proposing a new improving algorithm that introduced double cluster heads in one chain—PDCH. And we used MATLAB to evaluate the simulation environment and compare the different results. And we find that PDCH is better than other two algorithm. So We chose double cluster heads in one chain and used it in the new algorithm...
