Today is the era of information society and rapid progress of science and technology, and more and more people enjoy the enormous wealth which brought by the information. Advancement of technology and social development to enhance human productivity, but also accelerated the pace of life. More and more business managers pay more attention to production efficiency, second-hand information filtering and process control. The successful and efficient meetings promote the management of enterprises effectively. Demonstrate products, to convey the spirit of exchange of experience, assignment, business negotiations, meeting planning and other means of social production has become an important part of the process and necessary forms. A practical and high-quality conferencing system is essential equipment. A good voice quality, convenient means of control, affordable digital conference system is the research point of this paper, and to ensure an efficient and comfortable meeting is the ultimate purpose.This system implementation using AVR+FPGA hardware architecture, combined with the efficient development of AVR microcontroller and the flexibility of FPGA Programmable logic devices in dealing with temporal processing to ensure the premise of the efficiency of system development and the ease of man-machine interface, which reserved the expansion for the conference system subsequent capacity building. The system terminal communicates through a multi-mode optical fiber, which using the effectiveness of transmission to reduce the error rate of data transmission and reduce the watt consumption of transceiver module. Combined with the characteristics of speaking in meeting, every system terminal used token ring topological structure to develop network, which ensure the real-time, fairness, efficiency in every terminal while applying for the right of speech, and can guarantee a greater degree of change success rate.The implement and experiment in this paper show that the system has good operability, reliability and practicality.
