With the popularity and application of network, SaaS has become widely used in software service delivery, and the application of SaaS has been applied by more and more enterprises in all walks of life. However, the architectures or platforms of different SaaS are designed and developed for their respective domains, the interoperability does not exist between them, and information islands of user data-centric are easily formed. At present, an important problem need to be solved is how to design a universal and intelligent SaaS architecture which can be developed to an intelligent platform.Service resources on the internet are developed and managed independently, and they are autonomous in some way, but for the open, dynamical, un-control internet, these service resources will communicate with each other using some collaborative approach, thus they can accomplish some certain tasks with joint efforts in the future. Internetware is composed by autonomous resources, and have the ability to perceive changes of the environment, in order to make system has a satisfaction degree that is as high as possible, it aggregates on demand and evolves dynamically.The cooperation of Internetware has new characteristics such as without global planning and true distribution. In traditional running environment, normal component and web service have some progress in interoperation but have less capability in depict the feature of autonomous, thus the need of Internetware cooperation can't be satisfied. In this thesis, based on the open collaborative model of Internetware, a concept and its collaborative framework of autonomous service are proposed, and in order to aggregate on demand and evolve dynamically, this framework is integrated into the service layer of traditional SaaS architecture.The premise and foundation of SaaS framework mentioned above is the description and acquisition of context information. In this thesis, after the detail of context of autonomous service in the Internetware environment has been studied, combined with a ontology model which is suit for Internetware environment, a context-driven mode based on Case-Based Reasoning and a case similarity comparison algorithm are given, in order to compensate the drawback of the ability of perception environment of SaaS architecture which is based on open collaborative model, a new SaaS architecture base on context-driven model is described then.Finally, in the light of application, some key technology that needed to be solved in the process of developing framework is analyzed and realized.
