| With the rapidly development and general application of Internet and Distributed System,the pattern of application systems are changing from enclosed ,familiar user groups and relatively static to opened ,public and dynamic service model. Therefore, open compute environments on behalf of Internet existing some new requirement and character include the variety of safety analysis subject,incompleteness of security information ,relativity of security metrics and complication of security requirements. Trust modeling and management technology as new emerging technology are the key to solve the trust manage problem in network application. In the recent years, dynamic trust management has become a hot topic and main direction in trust field.Nevertheless, existing trust model reckon risk evaluation as the supplement of trust management, neglect even the influence of risk evaluation. This will lead to one-sidedness and accuracy of safety decision.
